The Heritage Collection – Booking Terms and Conditions
These Booking Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings made for self-catering accommodation at any of the properties in The Heritage Collection, located in Church Street, Tulbagh, Western Cape.
1. Booking & Payment
- A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking.
- The balance is due no later than 7 days prior to arrival.
- For bookings made within 7 days of arrival, full payment is required upon confirmation.
- Bookings will only be confirmed once proof of payment is received.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 30 days or more before arrival: 100% refund.
- Cancellations made 14–29 days before arrival: 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival: No refund.
- No-shows or early departures are non-refundable.
- In the event of a government-imposed lockdown or travel ban, guests may defer their booking to a later date without penalty, subject to availability.
3. Check-in / Check-out
- Check-in: From 14:00
- Check-out: By 10:00
- Early check-ins or late check-outs must be arranged in advance and are subject to availability.
4. House Rules
- No pets allowed (unless prior written permission is granted).
- No smoking inside the properties.
- No parties or events unless arranged and approved in advance.
- Guests are expected to respect the property and neighbors.
5. Liability
- The Heritage Collection and its owners are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by guests during their stay.
- Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property or its contents during their stay.
